What if I'd love to have family photos taken but I'm awkward in front of the camera?

Honestly even as a photographer I feel the same - I get it.
My style is relaxed storytelling, I want to capture the real you. I know this won't happen if you feel awkward. I can guarantee I won't be asking you all to stand still and smile at the camera - I'm more likely to ask you to stop looking at the camera! I like to keep things moving and follow the children's naturally inquisitive minds.

How would I know what to wear?

I will help you with styling ideas for you and your family and be on hand to answer any questions you have. I'll let you know what will work best for the location, season, time of day, but ultimately you will look and feel your best if you are comfortable.

Question 3

What if my children won't sit still?

Accepted Answer

My sessions are child led. I have a toddler myself and I know they don't sit still or do anything that they don't want to do! I will capture them being themselves, running around, playing, being tickled. You may also find that your children surprise you and behave better than you expected for the new person with the big camera.

Question 4

How long do I have to choose my images?

Accepted Answer

Your private online gallery will be available for you to view and choose your images for two weeks after i've shared it with you. You will recieve reminder notifications and after the two weeks the gallery will automatically be removed.
 
If you require access to your online gallery after the two weeks there will be a £20 admin fee to re-upload these.

Question 5

How long will you keep our images for?

I'll keep a copy of your images for 6 months after the shoot. I highly recommend that when you download your images you save copies of them in at least two places. Ideally one in cloud-based storage. 
 
If you require access to your images after I have initially provided them to you there will be a £20 admin charge.

Question 6

Do you have insurance?

Yes. I'm fully insured for both you and your family, and myself / my equipment.

Question 7

Are there any other upgrade options?

Accepted Answer

If you would like to upgrade but the packages I have on offer don't suit you and you would like more prints or larger prints for example, just get in touch and I will provide a bespoke quote.

Question 8

What if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

Accepted Answer

I'll keep an eye on the weather and of course if it is going to be raining or gale force winds, I won't make you all stand outside. We can reschedule for another mutually convenient time.
